Archiving Policy

To ensure the long-term accessibility and preservation of all published works, a complete archival copy of each article is securely deposited in electronic format within the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN). This guarantees that the scholarly contributions remain available permanently, even in the event of unforeseen disruptions to the journal’s primary platform.

In addition, authors are strongly encouraged to engage in self-archiving by depositing the final published version of their articles into institutional repositories or discipline-specific open-access archives, such as those indexed in the Directory of Open Access Repositories (OpenDOAR). Self-archiving enhances the visibility, discoverability, and academic impact of the research while facilitating broader dissemination within the global scholarly community.

For consistency and proper citation, authors are advised to use the official final PDF version as published on the journal’s website when depositing their work into external repositories. This practice ensures that the formatting, metadata, and citation details remain intact, preserving the integrity and authenticity of the published record.
